Services Provided - Consultation Pack
This will include an outline of the services I will provide. A questionnaire with guidelines for considerations to establish your requirements, e.g. selection of services required from Wedding Elements, type of day, it's style and theme, and logistics (location and number of guests, etc.)

Dreams with Themes will then suggest a realistic budget (affordable by you), set by reviewing the main aspects of planning your Wedding.

You can use this meeting to find out whether you like me and see what I can provide for you, before you decide on anything. Trust is important in any relationship. This will be a useful exercise, even if you choose not to have full co-ordination. You can use my experience and knowledge to clarify exactly how you would like your Wedding to be.

Personalised Document
You will receive a personalised Wedding Document which will consist of the following items:-

• Wedding Folder
  Collect and store any ideas and correspondence relevant to your big day!

• A Proposal
  Detailing your tailor-made, unique requirements, as agreed during our consultation
  Full breakdown of the costs involved and my charge

• An Action Plan
  Schedule of meetings and consultations for "To Do Lists" and progress reports (these can be increased as required by the Wedding party)
  Administration of your chosen supplier payments
  Record of obligations showing responsibilities and achievement dates

• Copies of all agreed Vendor Contract arrangements

• Guest List Management
  Managing the responses of your invitations
  Guest travel
  Accommodation
  Special Needs

• Wedding Role Guide
  Details of Wedding party names
  Their responsibilities for the day, e.g. best man, ushers, etc.
  (This list will be circulated to your suppliers (photographer, caterers, etc.) before your Wedding day.)

• Timetable of Events
  Detailed itinerary with timings for your day (from when you get up, to departure).
  (This list will be circulated to your suppliers (photographer, caterers, etc.) before your Wedding day.)

If you decide not to continue at this point, I will retain the document but still make no charge. If approved by you, your Wedding will be booked with me, my charge will be fixed, and a contract of agreement will be signed (one copy to be held by me, the other is retained within your Wedding folder.)

Charges
Charges vary according to the amount of work required. Remember your Wedding will be unique!
